Privacy Policy

Manifold (“the app”) is operated by Diversified Fun. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is handled.
What we access
When you connect a YouTube channel, you authorize the app via Google OAuth to access, for that channel only: channel and video metadata, YouTube Analytics reports (views, watch time, average view duration, impressions, click-through rate, subscribers), and — where granted — monetary analytics (estimated revenue, RPM, CPM). The app accesses only channels you explicitly connect.
How we store it
Google refresh tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and stored only on the server; they are never exposed to the browser and never logged. Analytics data is stored solely to render your dashboards. Access tokens are held only transiently in server memory during a request.
How we use it
Data is used only to display analytics, scheduling, and revenue information to you, the operator. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI/ML models.
Google / YouTube API
Manifold uses YouTube API Services. By using it you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Manifold’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention & revocation
You can revoke the app’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of stored data, contact molly@diversifiedfun.com; stored tokens and analytics for a disconnected channel are removed on request.
